It’s monsoon season going on and so writing something happy, something positive is a great way to start. Let me tell you something about children.

Let’s start from the very beginning. The Question here arises is Do children have their own dreams, their own set goals to achieve in life? The answer here is no.

A small child does not have his dreams, his ambitions for the life ahead. Parents or teachers sometimes ask children what they want to become in life to which some children say doctor, some say pilot or engineer or maybe teacher and so on. They do not have anything fixed in their minds as it is not their age.

A child’s mind is very small and it keeps developing as times goes on. What does a child want some toys, chocolates. They do not care about what’s going on in the world. As children grown responsibilities keep coming their way. There is pressure of studying hard and doing well in studies and if you are good at sports or any other activity then the competition increases in any field you go. A time comes when parents expect their child to have a set goal in life a career choice and then choose your path work on it accordingly. Some parents even go to the extent of giving their children their own choice of career, what they want their son or daughter to become which in turn decreases the child’s interest and demotivates him/her.

A child should have a broader, positive approach towards life. Parents should let their child do whatever he or she wants to do in life.

Children should set an objective a goal for life. They should see to the various opportunities in life. Explore life see what all options are there for you.

I also did not have any set goals for life till standard 8th but then as 9th started coming nearer then firstly I chose fashion designing but then I realised that it is not my cup of tea as I was poor in art. So then one day I was watching news channels and I saw a lady anchor speaking. She was speaking so fluently without hesitation. So I got carried away. I decided that this field was the right opportunity for me, however hard it proves out to be but I will never back out. Being an introvert I knew that I will have to face many challenges every single day but I did not shy away. Slowly-slowly it became my passion and after school it became my profession. I decided that I will prove people wrong that introvert cannot speak without hesitation. Yes they can speak without hesitation and they can write great content and I am proving myself each new day.

So children should set an objective in life and then move towards achieving it no matter whatever obstacles come your way you should not back out. High school and intermediate are a big challenge in your school days but studying under the pressure of your teachers, parents or trying to do better than other students is not going to help you achieve your desired aim. The happiness that you want after your high school and intermediate results are declared will all be lost. Forget about the world, forget what others are saying, forget about the increasing competition or the pressure build up by your teachers or parents to do well in studies. Just relax and think about yourself, what makes you happy and contented. Stop thinking about anything else, think about yourself. Think that you have to do well in studies you have to achieve good grades in studies so that you can do well in the future. You can make you dreams come true, you can turn your passion into reality and if you work hard only for yourself then it will give immense happiness. You will be satisfied with what you have achieved in life. One day you will be happy with your decision.

Dreams also become reality but they take time. Some parents force their choices on their children but that is wrong, they should think about their child’s dreams his goals his way of thinking about life. Maybe the child has planned for the future.

Dreams become reality and passion or hobby can turn into profession, it is just the way you look towards your dreams, ambitions, aspirations. Positive and happy thinking can lead to a happy and contented life and in the future you will have no regrets towards it.There are many career choices nowadays nothing is limited. You can peruse any career be it from doctor, engineer, teacher, pilot to journalist, fashion designer, blogger, youtuber, photographer, chef, radio jockey, social media influencer, etc.
